This week I will be launching IM (Instant Message) reference for CUC library users who prefer this mode of communication. You may visit http://www1.chapman.edu/library/info/aknightweb.html to partake in and learn more about this service. Please note that in this initial phase (and due to the fact that I am the only librarian facilitating IM reference requests), IM reference will be available at the following times:
Monday: 2pm-4pm
Wednesday: 8pm-10pm
IM reference is not meant to replace email or telephone reference service. I am still available to provide one-on-one assistance via telephone and email as well as IM.
